Matthew Williams

Matthew Williams is a Christchurch-based sculptor working in a range of materials including: bronze, timbers, marble, concrete, steel and more. His passion for architecture and design can clearly be seen in his work and many of his pieces are kinetic. Working in both natural and man-made materials, he explores the fundamentals of form. Strong lines and sweeping curves create a mesmerising quality, the movement is dynamic and the expression is clear.
