Karin Barr
Karin is originally from Germany, who on her OE fell in love with a Kiwi farmer, married, raised a family and discovered a passion for stone carving. She also came across glass casting and now mainly works with glass, but with the addition of wood or stone in her pieces. Karin likes creating simple forms, mixing and matching with playful concepts and most of the works feature clear, strong lines.
