Simon has turned many of his youthful memories into art in the form of luminescent cast-glass sculptures - the culmination of which have led to his Glass Candy Design business. These works include Glass Power Poles, Jet Plane candies and ceramic Eskimo lollies. Simon spends a lot of his time living in France, and the rest of the time in New Zealand.
